DEAR FRIENDS!

Please, study carefully the rules of our centre, especially if you are planning your first visit to us.

We will be very grateful for your requests or ideas regarding the schedule and our work and you are welcome to give them to our manager or send by e-mail.

Your first visit to the Centre.

We are happy to see you in our Centre every day from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Workshops and classes are conducted according to the schedule. For your convenience we are asking you to visit the Centre only after informing us about your visit in advance.

If this is your first visit to us, allow yourself about 20 minutes before the class to see the Centre and to find out more about its facilities.

We will ask you to fill in a questionnaire before starting your first class. You can download it from our website and hand it in to our manager before the class.

PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT AND SAFETY RULES

We are asking you to read the Public Offer Agreement and Appendices No. 1 and No. 2 to it before your visit to us. This document contains the necessary safety instructions and some easy rules that have been introduced to help you spend your time in the Centre more comfortably.

SHOW MEDICAL CERTIFICATES BEFORE ATTEDING THE SWIMMING POOL!

Despite explanations of the Federal Service for Control in the Sphere of Protection of Consumers' Rights and Well-Being of Humans (Rospotrebnadzor) that state that adults can attend swimming pools without submitting medical certificates, we say “YES!” to safety of our classes and ask you to show medical certificates to the Centre manager before your swimming pool class not only for children. To attend our swimming pool, a child needs a medical certificate signed by a pediatrician and adults require medical certificates signed by general practitioners.

A VERY IMPORTANT RULE OF OUR CENTRE

One of the main rules of our centre is to warn about cancelling registration for any class at least 2 hours before it starts!

If no warning is given by a person who signed up for Centre membership, the class will either be counted as attended or a fee of RUB 600 will be charged.
